Terms of Service

1. The service
The Stock Proof provides educational stock-signal information for US and Singapore-listed equities: BUY/SELL/WATCH calls with reasoning, suggested sell prices, estimated time frames and stop-losses, plus a public scorecard of our own track record. The service is provided 'as is' and for information purposes only. It is not a financial advisory service and does not execute or manage trades.
2. Accounts and tiers
A free account lets you view a limited daily signal feed. Paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Expert) unlock higher daily signal caps, additional markets, and deeper analysis, as described on our Pricing page. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. One account per person; sharing paid accounts is not allowed.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars (USD) via Airwallex. Payment details are processed by Airwallex and are never stored on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a payment fails we send a reminder and your access continues through a short grace period before the account returns to the free tier. You can cancel before a renewal; paid access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. On-demand look packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (/refunds): 14 days money back on your first paid month, no questions asked, and any genuine billing error refunded in full at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or republish our signals, scorecard or content at scale; resell or redistribute any part of the service; use the service to defraud or mislead anyone (including pretending our signals are guaranteed); attempt to access other users' data or our systems; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. No investment advice — no guarantees
We make no representation that any signal, sell price, time frame or win rate will be achieved. Markets are volatile and past results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. See the Risk Disclosure for the full detail.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its text, algorithms, branding and design are owned by The Stock Proof. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own information. You may quote our public scorecard with attribution.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Stock Proof and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability under these terms never exceeds the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms (we will note the date above) or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; paid access continues until the end of your billing period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
